Insurance and Payment Information:
Stonecrop Psychiatry is in-network with many Regence BlueCross BlueShield, Moda, PacificSource, and Providence insurance plans. Please verify with your insurance provider that your specific plan includes Stonecrop Psychiatry as an in-network provider and that services are covered prior to your appointment.
Stonecrop Psychiatry is not currently in-network with OHP/Medicaid plans.
If I am out-of-network with your plan, I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. Payment for out-of-network services is due at the time of your visit.
Please contact the office for current cash-pay or out-of-network rates.
Your Rights and Protections Against Surprise Medical Bills
When you receive emergency care or are treated by an out-of-network provider at an in-network facility, you are protected from surprise billing or balance billing under federal law.
For services provided at Stonecrop Psychiatry, if you are uninsured or choose not to use your insurance, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of the expected cost of services before your appointment.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you have the right to dispute the bill.
For more information about your rights under the No Surprises Act, please visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
No-Show and Late Cancellation Policy
Appointments missed or cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice are subject to the following fees within a rolling 12-month period:
• 1st occurrence: No charge
• 2nd occurrence: $100
• 3rd occurrence: $150
• 4th occurrence: $200 and possible dismissal from the clinic
Please note that insurance does not cover no-show fees, and patients are responsible for payment of these charges. If you are able to reschedule and attend an appointment within 7 days, the missed appointment may be waived.
